Contest Rules

Rules for entering contests

• You must be 18 years of age at the time of your entry. Yes, we check.
• Only one entry will be allowed per person/email address. Yes, the computer checks.
• You must verify your email address so that we may contact you.
• Some contests have additional rules on their entry forms. You might want to read that junk.
• Don’t cheat. Cheaters suck, and if we catch you cheating you will be disqualified.

Rules for winning contests

• All physical prizes must be picked up at our physical location. This means *NO SHIPPING*.
• Any prizes not claimed within 90 days are dumped in the swamp. Just kidding, we keep them.
• Prizes have no cash value and can not be returned or exchanged for anything else, especially not for cash.
• By accepting a prize you agree that we can use your likeness, tweet, whatnot in our promotional materials.
• All prizes are awarded at the discretion of Mary Jane’s Emporium L.L.C.
